- WhatsApp conversations: if you message Luigi on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and the messages you send.

3. How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on this website does not store your details on a server. When you submit it, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to Luigi until you press send in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is a Meta service. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
